Phonics FlipCards
Phonics FlipCards help students easily and confidently read words with short vowels. Students use the cards to create and read both real and nonsense words. Reading nonsense words serves two purposes. One is to prepare students to read multi-syllabic words because the syllables in longer words are often nonsense words. Another purpose is to ensure that students can recognize and read the CVC and VC closed syllable, short vowel spelling patterns. |

Sound Decks:
Printed on heavy card stock, these sound decks work with many multisensory approaches to language study. Designed specifically with Orton-Gillingham in mind, the basic set contains a spelling deck and vowel and consonant decks for reading (144 cards) while the advanced set contains stable syllable and connectives decks for reading and spelling (122 cards). These sets can be purchased individually but are also discounted in quantity so that tutors and schools can purchase a set for each child. Sound Out! (author Janet Williams)
Sound Out! is a multisensory, Orton-Gillingham based card game designed to tap the visual, auditory, and kinesthetic! Players will practice sounding out phonemes and words while asking other players for the cards they need to fill out a set of four. Deck 1 includes the short vowels, digraphs, and the -ing sound in words that are closed syllables. Most words contain blends. Deck 2 includes other kinds of syllables and soft c and g. Both decks are included in the set. |

Easy, flexible for K-3 and remedial all ages. Assess, teach, practice, play! 900 Word Cards (syllables and pseudowords) ready to read and spell in a 5"x4"x11" index card box. Each index card that introduces the 38 phonics sections gives easy teaching tips. In addition, a small manual gives multisensory, Orton-Gillingham teaching information and model lesson plans. Phonics Kit The Phonics Kit gives beginning and struggling readers the hands-on multi-sensory experience that helps them explicitly understand phonics concepts. The 104 magnetic letter tiles include all the letters of the alphabet; digraphs and trigraphs; suffixes; and multiple spellings for long vowels, r-controlled vowels, and other vowels. Five color tiles are used for phonemic awareness activities and for matching sounds to letters. SyllaBoards™ help students read and spell multi-syllable words. The two large magnetic receptive boards are printed with the letter tile graphemes, making it easy for students to find and replace tiles. The small, blank, magnetic receptive whiteboard is the student’s workspace during lessons.
